The Councilor for Traffic and Public Safety, Lola Sánchez, and Francisco Javier Pujante, administrator of the Claudio Galeno Institute, have signed this morning the agreement between the City and this educational center that will allow the installation of four semiautomatic external defibrillators in different Local Police .
To this must be added another seven that the City will acquire to complete the 11 existing barracks in the municipality that will have this service from next September.
Thanks to this agreement, the agents will participate in training courses in the use and management of the defibrillator, at no cost to the City Council that will be taught in the facilities of the Higher Institute of Vocational Training Claudio Galeno of the University Campus of Espinardo.
What is intended with this agreement is that emergencies that require it can be treated or controlled satisfactorily until the time of care by medical professionals.
