The Governing Board today approved the works in 13 schools in the municipality for 367,000 euros The repairs are in addition to others already underway to condition accesses, sports areas, classrooms or the fencing of the centers for the new school year

The Department of Education, Relation with Universities and Heritage, directed by Rafael Gómez, continues with his commitment to condition the children's centers of the municipality for the next school year, which will begin in September.

This will be carried out in 21 centers with a budget of about one million euros.

The members of the Governing Board have given the green light to the awards of repair works in 13 centers for primary and secondary education for a total amount of more than 367,000 euros.

The works consist of the repair or replacement of deteriorated elements, from replacement and waterproofing of roofs, repairs and replacement of toilets, repairs of sanitation, improvement of drainage of pavements in patios, painting of facades and interiors of buildings and buildings, Repairs of carpentry, locksmithing, plumbing, and masonry, as well as the replacement of fencing that for its proper maintenance require it and repair of heating installation.

On this occasion, the following items were approved: CEIP Francisco Giner de los Ríos (Santiago El Mayor), CEI La Naranja (Beniaján), CEIP Ángel Zapata (Torreagüera), CEIP Andrés Baquero (Murcia), CEIP Nicolás de (CEIP), the city of Murcia (CEIP), the city of Murcia (CEIP), the city of Murcia (Spain) Carlos I (Llano de Brujas), CEIP City of Murcia (Murcia) and CEIP Antonio Delgado Dorrego (Sangonera la Verde).
