The project is part of the Plan of Action of the Orchard of Murcia and its historical heritage and has a bidding budget of 384,000 euros.
The Contracting Board has also examined the 33 proposals received to carry out the recovery of the Molino del Batán, bridge and Arab tower base.
More than 30 companies have participated in the bidding for two emblematic rehabilitation projects that are part of the Plan of Action of the Huerta de Murcia and its historical heritage: the Love Mill, in the Aljufía major irrigation canal in La Arboleja, And the surroundings of the Mill Batán, bridge and base of Arab tower, in the Old Way of Monteagudo.
The Board of Directors, chaired by Councilman Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has opened the proposals to carry out both actions and, since some offers have incurred recklessness, technicians must make an assessment and ask companies to justify the Presented.
In the case of the first one, the rehabilitation of the Molino del Amor, 32 companies have been interested in the project, whose bidding budget amounts to € 318,000 plus VAT (€ 384,000 in total) and the execution deadline is 12 months.
Likewise, 33 companies have tendered for the Molino del Batán works, with a tender type of 140,000 € plus VAT (169,400 euros), which has a lead time of 6 months.
Both initiatives have a great value, not only for what it means to recover the assets, but also for their integration for citizen use.
