The Councilor for Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, attended this morning to the third session of the Training Days of the new electronic registration and records management for employees of the various municipal services that register Of documentation, although it has also been extended to other officials.

Guillén explained that "we continue working to create a City Hall open 24 hours, facilitating our neighbors to carry out municipal procedures, without waiting and without schedules."

All the information that is processed in the municipal registry will appear directly in the Folder of the Citizen, thus allowing each Murcia to have a unique file

The new General Registry application contains all the necessary functionalities to comply with the provisions of Law 39/2015, such as attaching electronic documents, deferred scanning of documents, electronic compulsa, authentic copies, the system of interconnection of registers for sending And reception of communications between administrations and the monitoring of documents.

This application is integrated with the Management of files, and after the effort that has been made in the elaboration of the catalog of procedures for the provision of the citizens in the Electronic Headquarters, will be developed the different electronic procedures to make reality the Electronic file with all that it entails (normalization of documents, folded of files, visa and signature of documents, electronic notifications, etc.).

Guillén explained that this newness implies "a change in work and organization as a lot of work will be automated. For example if a citizen requests to be notified electronically, the official from the file processor will do the management, but neither Printing or recording the notification, since the mere act of issuing the notification means that it automatically registers for exit and is made available in the citizen's folder of the interested party or interested in the electronic headquarters. "

On the other hand, we are already working on the Information Technology Service in the development of a module within the same platform for sending and receiving Internal Communications that will allow real and effective communication of all municipal services eliminating all paper.
