Navarro denounces Now Murcia's attitude of 'permanently questioning the technical capacity of municipal services' (22/06/2017)

The Councilor for Town Planning, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, regretted that, once again, Now Murcia again 'call into question the technical capacity of officials of the City of Murcia, raising suspicions without foundation that could be saved if before To do so request and study the files'.

The attitude of Now Murcia supposes, in his opinion, an 'abuse of his position, permanently challenging the qualification of the municipal technical services'.

Navarro has explained 'what he did not want to ask in the plenary committee'.

First, regarding the Hotel AC of Juan Carlos I, the detail study was finally approved and published at the time, and the license was granted accordingly.

Subsequently, the Autonomous Community raised some issues that should be remedied and this has been done today.

In any case, and most important, it is that the buildability of the plot is the same before and now, since no variation has occurred.

Regarding Cabezo de Torres' file, Navarro said that the head of planning of the City Council has presented in the Committee of Plenary an advance of a specific modification that is submitted to public information, once it understands that it conforms to the new law and that Includes the necessary environmental documentary.

The amendment consists of returning an apple of housing in the hamlet to the situation prior to the 2001 PGOU, which provided for a vial on the spot and, therefore, it was necessary to expropriate.

Now that proposal is considered incorrect, opting to maintain the previous urban qualification.
