The Councilor for Education, Relation with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, visited this morning the municipal lands of the hamlet of El Puntal where they are carrying out conservation and maintenance work, with due conditions of safety, health and accessibility.
An action that is part of the special cleaning plan due to the arrival of summer.
"It is fundamental that we maintain in conditions the lands that belong to the City of Murcia, demonstrating its commitment to the municipality and to all the neighbors, so that both the urban center and pedanias, have adequate health conditions," explained Rafa Gómez.
Thus, the Consistory, Gómez Carrasco finished, "continues to fulfill the duty of conservation and maintenance of land, plots and lots, owned by the municipality."
Among the objectives to be highlighted in the work carried out by the company Insetec Servicios Integrales, SL, awarded the tasks of conditioning include those of:
- To keep municipal lots clean especially in times near the summer, where a general review of the lots closest to inhabited settlements is carried out.
- Remove materials that could be found in the municipal lots and custody of them until delivery to its rightful owner, or destruction in its case, without cost to the City.
So far this year 2017 has already been carried out several cleaning actions, and in its case fencing of municipal lots, having cleaned approximately 90,000 m2 area corresponding to 26 performances, including in Santiago el Mayor, Puente Tocinos, Vistalegre, Santiago and Zaraiche, Espinardo, El Puntal, Churra, El Palmar, Los Dolores, and Corvera, amounting to € 51,000.
