The City of Murcia, through the Local Energy Agency, will hold a day of participation to define the measures to adapt to Climate Change.
It will be held on June 29 in the auditorium of the Local Development Agency at 18.00 hours, where participants will be introduced to the Municipal Adaptation Plan for Climate Change and the potential effects of this problem in the sectors of society.
This table of citizen participation will deal with issues such as social welfare and economic dynamism of the territory, considering aspects such as energy poverty, social and sanitary conditions of the population, city organization and public services, change of Agricultural model for its dynamization and the promotion of tourism.
In addition, the preservation of the services provided to the population by natural resources such as biodiversity and water, for example, the need to protect the natural heritage of the Orchard.
