The City of Murcia assumes as of now the provision of the municipal authorization service for the realization of special urban school transport, whose rate keeps frozen.
This was agreed by the Governing Board at its last meeting, in which, in accordance with the law that establishes the system of jurisdiction in urban and interurban transport in the Region, it assumes the management of these authorizations, hitherto processed by the Autonomous Community .
The assumption of this competition implies that the rates previously managed by such concept, are regulated and demanded by the City of Murcia.
For this reason, the taxable event of this new municipal tax has been included in Fiscal Ordinance 1.1.
Regulator of the Fee for issuing administrative documents and participation in processes, establishing a new section within the 2nd paragraph to receive the municipal authorization for the realization of special school transport, whose rate amounts to € 54.54.
In this way, the same amount required to date by the Autonomous Community for such authorizations is maintained.
The number of authorizations that were processed last academic year was 94, reason why the revenue that is anticipated to collect are of 5,126,75 euros that, as required by the regulations, do not exceed the cost that their management causes.
