The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, has presented the Trophy of Swimming City of Murcia organized by the Club Swimming Murcia to be held on June 17 and 18 at the Murcia Municipal Park Pool.

In this competition will participate 400 federated swimmers, in addition to 20 of Master mode, coming from 5 autonomous communities and ranging from 12-year-old fry to absolute category.

In this edition of the trophy, which has already celebrated more than three decades, there will be 27 swimming clubs from San Blas, El Valle Alcalá de Henares, Alcázar de San Juan, Almansa, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Elche, Granada, Hellín , Madrid, Pilar de la Horadada, Torrevieja, as well as the Region of Murcia.

The swimmers of the Region of Murcia will represent swimming clubs of Aguilas, Alcantarilla, Alhama, Cartagena, Fuente Álamo, Los Alcázares, Lorca, Murcia, Puerto Lumbreras, San Javier and Torre-Pacheco and Yecla.

The Swimming Club Murcia Murcia, which is run by Ă“scar González, will present more than 20 swimmers, of whom four have already achieved the minimum marks to compete representing the Region in the Spanish Championships to be held in Barcelona And Malaga in the next month of July and Tarrasa in August.

In the Trophy, which will be attended by several champions swimmers from the Region, Spain and Europe, will be individual and relay tests and will also have a children's show.
