The City Council will reconvene the test to obtain the municipal permit of taxi driver in Murcia since, as approved in the Sectorial Table of Taxi, this examination will be carried out as long as there is a minimum number of applications to be submitted to the Themselves.

The regulation regulating the taxi service establishes as a condition and requirement for the obtaining of the municipal driver's license as owner or employee, to pass the tests that prove to have the basic knowledge to be able to carry out this service.

The test will consist of a test type test of 40 minutes, which will consist of 20 questions, the content of which will be used to calibrate the knowledge about the test, which are divided into four sections:

1. Knowledge of the regional law and the regulation regulating the taxi service in the municipality of Murcia.

2. Knowledge of the street of the municipality, which includes both the urban center and the districts, as well as itineraries and traffic routes.

3. Places of interest, administrative, services, tourism and leisure.

4. Attention to passengers.

The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days from the next following the publication of the call in the BORM, and must be filed in the General Registry of the City of Murcia, previously paying the exam fee amounting to 6 euros, whose receipt of Payment shall be attached to the instance.

May take part in the same the majors, with Spanish nationality or of a member state of the European Union, that they have the card of driving B1 with an antiquity of at least one year and that they reside in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia .

The test will be carried out within a period of one month from the end of the period of admission of instances and the court will be constituted by a representative of the Local Police and two of the Traffic and Transport Service.

This initiative is carried out because it has been requested by the taxi drivers themselves and approved in the Sectorial Bureau of the Taxi and aims to guarantee the quality of the service provided in this sector.

It is the third call made by the City Council, having been presented in the first 27 interested and in the second more than a hundred.
