The Department of Youth and Development Cooperation, directed by Rebeca Pérez, continues to bet on the incentive of youth participation in the municipality of Murcia and the result of this is the premiere of the latest comedy of Coral Diritambo.
Rebeca Pérez recalled that "this show has been possible, in large part, to the collaboration and support from the Department, through the call for grants for youth participation in the municipality of Murcia, which allows you to be able to release in a Auditorium as important as Víctor Villegas ".
Ditirambo is a young choir that tries to reach the greatest possible audience of choral music in musical theater.
And it does so through group experiences, concerts with the public, choral exchanges with other groups, experiences in which to share choral music and group work, promoting equality of all and the creativity of all participants.
"Instruction manual to love and murder" is a musical comedy based on Robert Hamer's film Eight Sentences of Death (1949), which the company has recreated and adapted to Spanish, under the direction of José Ángel Silva.
The Coral Ditirambo has been dedicated to the musical theater for six years, representing great works like Ragtime or Sons of Eden, as well as diverse shows composed by variety of choral numbers of different musicals.
At present it is formed by 20 members, to which the magnificent pianist Laura Moratón joins in this project.
The performance will take place in the Auditorio Víctor Villegas de Murcia in two passes, the first at 17:30 and the second at 21:00.
The tickets have a unique price of € 10 and can be purchased at the box office of the Auditorio Víctor Villegas and the Regional Film Library of Murcia, or online at the Auditorium website.
Calls for young people
One of the objectives of the City of Murcia is to facilitate the participation of all citizens in local life.
This objective is carried out through the Department of Youth and Development Cooperation, as one of the effective ways to promote the participation of young people in all social spheres, promoting youth associationism as a concrete element of participation.

To this end, annual subsidies are called for, whose main purpose is to promote youth, cultural and social activities of general interest that foster the participation of young people and their integration into society, stimulate the functioning of youth associations and groups, and support Cultural, social, educational, leisure and voluntary initiatives that promote the civic and citizen participation of young people.
