The PSOE avoids building in the foothills of Fuensanta, gets the resolution of the Constitutional Court on capital gains and Salzillo to be named Favorite Son (25/05/2017)

The Municipal Socialist Group has defended in the May plenary session of the City of Murcia seven own motions and four presented jointly with other political groups.

Among the motions presented individually that have obtained the unanimous support of the Plenary are the one to name Favorite Son of Murcia to the imagero Francisco Salzillo - that has happened to be an Institutional Declaration - or the improvement of the organization of the activities of the Museum of the Belén de Puente Bacon to allow better coordination in the use of it.

It is worth noting the initiative defended by the Socialist spokesman, José Ignacio Gras, in relation to the Constitutional Court's decision on the revaluation tax on urban land (surplus value), a motion that has finally been signed by the PP and Citizens and has received the unanimous support of the Plenary.

Likewise, thanks to the initiative of the PSOE, the Royal Cañada de Torreagüera will be delimited, amojonará, equipped with infrastructures and, ultimately, conditioned, the Royal Guard of Torreagüera, understanding according to the Socialist Group's own defense "that we must maintain and value our roads Livestock ".

In addition, the PSOE has managed to prevent, thanks to its initiative (and remembering that other socialist councilors, such as Marcos Ros, and warned at the time that the Plan de la Fuensanta was a "fuck"), built in the skirt of the sanctuary , Thus avoiding the blockade of the 'visual window' to the sanctuary itself and to the park of Carrascoy-El Valle;

Window of which, at the moment, enjoy all Murcia and Murcia.

Lastly and with respect to own motions, once again the Socialist Group has defended the need to improve the website of the City of Murcia, expanding the information contained and facilitating access to it both users in general and groups politicians.

The motion was approved by a majority despite the abstention of the PP.

Concerning the joint motions in which the Socialist Municipal Group has participated, three have been approved, related to the creation of a Municipal Cultural Heritage Advisory Council, with support for the unfolding of the three-year CEI La Naranja classroom (Beniaján ) And CEIP Francisco Noguera (San José de La Vega), and for the improvement of mobility between Guadalupe and Espinardo.
