Students will be able to benefit from the training and activities offered by the Official College of Social Graduates before finishing the Degree of HR and Labor Relations at the Catholic University of Murcia.
A training that they will receive from the first courses and in the facilities of the University.
This morning the Catholic University of Murcia has signed an agreement with the Official College of Social Graduates of the Region of Murcia that will make it possible.
So far students should wait to finish their degrees to benefit from the training and activities offered by the Official College, with this agreement can acquire them from the early years.
The Coordinator of the Degree of HR and Labor Relations, Carmen María Martínez ensures that with the signing of this agreement, the professionals of the Official College can come to teach courses and offer activities at the University.
The president of the Official College of Social Graduates, José Ruiz Sánchez assures that the objective of this agreement is to deepen the training of future graduates.
"There are already comrades who come to the UCAM to give talks about the profession, I think it is very important for students, as they maintain contact with the professional reality that they will face when they finish the Degree," says Ruiz.
Social graduates will be able to convert their degree to Degree
The agreement also offers the possibility to social graduates to convert their old diploma in the Degree, through a course and obtaining a series of credits.
"The course will last for a year and will allow social graduates to update their training," says the coordinator of the Degree Carmen María Martínez.
At present, 80% of Murcia companies are advised by a social graduate and have a department of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
