The Department of Development, directed by Roque Ortiz, together with the concessionaire Ferrovial Servicios, have organized a complete program of awareness talks that seek to Murcia to work with the City in maintaining a clean Murcia thus achieving a continuous improvement of the city.

"One of the keys to achieving this goal is the realization of awareness talks through education, since a well-informed population is a more responsible population," explained Ortiz.

This new program of talks counts as main novelties that expand the groups to which it is addressed covering all the age groups and occupation of the society and incorporating new subjects that are of interest for the citizens.

In addition they are incorporated to the traditional talks that were given in the schools, the Grafiti Municipal Office and the Civic Brigades.

The councilman explained that "the cleaning service is a living service, which has to evolve and adapt continuously to the changes of the city, so another objective of these talks is to provide feedback with citizens, collecting information and opinions from the Assistants, who will serve as a study to continue advancing in our task of raising awareness and improving the service to our neighbors.

From the next course these talks can be divided into three types, which will adhere to the profile of the people to whom it is addressed, with the intention of being amicable and dynamic meetings: Talks in Schools about urban hygiene and environment, talks To young people of the Municipal Office of the Graffiti and talks of the Civic Brigades to students of educational centers, youth centers, institutes, centers of majors, centers of the woman, merchants and hospitality.
