The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, has presented the next free training courses organized by his council to use the defibrillators that are located in the municipal sports areas.
There will be three more days to expand the number of people who can use these equipment so it has been invited to all the Neighborhood Council to collaborate and from there to coordinate those interested in doing this training course to qualify with The management of semiautomatic defibrillators (DESA).
For the use of these defibrillators, previous training is necessary, so the 'Murcia te cuida' program has already organized 12 courses on the use of semiautomatic defibrillators and cardiopulmonary recovery (CPR) aimed at technicians, athletes and club managers Or sports entities that use these municipal facilities, as well as the workers of the same ones that have attended a total of 181 people.
Some of these defibrillators have been installed thanks to the agreement signed with the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia and it is planned to end up equipping the few facilities that still do not have it, which Murcia is at the top At national level in terms of defibrillator equipments, being a reference in cardioprotected spaces.
The facilities in Murcia of these municipal spaces are conveniently protected with 77 teams located in 34 soccer fields, 35 pavilions, 5 swimming pools, two sports centers and the Monte Romero athletics stadium.
