Maruja Pelegrín advances that the expansion of the Social Council of the City is underway (17/05/2017)

The process for the expansion of the members of the City Council is under way.

In fact, in recent weeks the University of Murcia has carried out a network analysis, consulting all the groups represented in this body, about what other areas they consider appropriate to incorporate.

The Councilor for Trade and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrín, said that, according to this analysis, it is planned to increase the number of attendees, opening the Council to groups representing the business sector, entities of an environmental and socio-health.

At the time it will be selected which associations representative of these interests are invited to join this participatory body.
