The Governing Board of the City of Murcia, through the Housing Service, has approved the hiring by open procedure of the service "Maintenance, conservation and repair of the municipal housing park."
The contract will have a duration of one year renewable to another one and its maximum annual amount is 302,500 €, reason why the maximum of the contract would amount to 605.000 €, depending on the possible extension.
Thus, the scope of the contract extends to all homes, buildings, annexes and infrastructure of municipal buildings whose conservation is a responsibility of the Housing Service of this City.
The successful tenderer will carry out the Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance operations on buildings and houses, to ensure the best conservation of the same, to optimize the economy of its operation and to ensure the obtaining at all times, of all the required services.

Comprende el conjunto de operaciones necesarias para conseguir la reparación de la avería o incidencia que pueda surgir en los elementos constructivos de los inmuebles.
Se incluyen en este tipo de Mantenimiento distintas actuaciones según su importancia:
Los tipos de reparaciones objeto del Servicio comprenden los siguientes trabajos:
- Limpieza de saneamientos
- Limpieza de cubiertas
- Albañilería
- Cerrajería, cristalería, protecciones y barandillas
- Carpintería y persianas
- Pinturas
- Fontanería
- Electricidad
- Control de plagas
El nuevo Pliego de condiciones que sale a litación pretende incrementar la eficiencia, la calidad, la adecuada gestión ambiental y la seguridad en el mantenimiento de las 1005 viviendas integrantes del Parque Municipal de Vivienda, disminuyendo el tiempo de respuesta ante las incidencias que se detectasen en cualquiera de ellas, a través de un sistema informático innovador en la comunicación, gestión y seguimiento de las órdenes de trabajo, entre el Servicio de Vivienda y la empresa adjudicataria.
El pliego tiene en cuenta la mejora en la gestión medioambiental de los residuos, la prevención de riesgos laborales y se establecen obligaciones para el contratista para reforzar el control y la garantía de la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
