The exhibition of the artists Muñeco de barro, Diego Lizán and María Moya, can be visited until next June
The Cultural Center Puertas de Castilla, dependent of the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, directed by Jesús Pacheco, hosts from today until June, the exhibition 'Everything that happens between the green and the blue' of the Artists Mud doll, Diego Lizán and Maria Moya.
What began last year as an artistic residence of Lizán and Moya at the Puertas de Castilla Center now becomes this exhibition that shows more than 200 pieces of pottery.
Diego Lizán is an illustrator and graphic designer.
His illustrations, full of characters and small details about imaginary landscapes, colorful and flooded with optimism, claim a positive flight from reality.
Apply the illustration on objects such as wooden dolls, pumpkins and jugs.
He has exhibited in Nuremberg, Valencia and Murcia, has made an artistic residence in Finland, has a book published by the Cultural Center Puertas de Castilla that collects his work in recent years and has work in museums such as the Casa Encendida or the ABC Museum Of Illustration.
María Moya holds a degree in Fine Arts and a Master's degree in Editorial Illustration.
He has published two illustrated albums with the Italian publishing company ZOOlibri, with translations into traditional and simplified Chinese, Japanese and Danish.
He is currently working on his third illustrated album for the same publisher.
She has participated in several collective children's art exhibitions in Italy (Libriamoci, TorrediLibri), in 2014 participates as a foreign guest at Picnic Festival !, annual event of illustration and comic.
