Today, the XVIII Solidarity Anonymous Award has been presented at the Fundación Cajamurcia, which seeks to recognize the solidarity, humanitarian and disinterested activity carried out regularly by individuals who have not received public recognition to date, especially given the greater anonymity of The candidates in their altruistic and solidarity work.

The prize is organized by the Volunteer Platform of the Region of Murcia and the University of Murcia through its School of Social Work, and it collaborates with the City Council of the capital, the Official College of Social Work of the Region of Murcia, The Cajamurcia Foundation and the Antonio Campillo Foundation, one of whose works constitutes the prize from the beginning.

The presentation was attended by Juan Antonio Conesa, a member of the Volunteer Platform of the Region of Murcia, Mª Paz García-Longoria, dean of the UMU Social Work School and Antonio Barceló, Anonymous Solidarity Award 2016, who commented That "Solidary anonymous are many others, I am already a popular volunteer thanks to the prize, but I am proud to represent so many supporters that they are doing altruistic work to help those who need it."
