The City Council transferred last week to the Public Prosecutor's Office all documentation related to the Nueva Condomina golf course, both the technical reports and the existing administrative records, which contain the various requirements made to the promoter company to undertake the construction of the sports facility.
All documents were delivered as soon as a complaint was known.
A process that resulted in an agreement adopted by the Plenary, at the proposal of the Department of Urbanism, Environment and Huerta, to initiate the procedure of declaration of non-compliance with the agreement signed between the City and Sports Management and Project (Desarrollos Nueva Condomina) Torre Alcayna and CF Real Murcia, with regard to the obligation to build and deliver to the City Council an 18-hole golf course.
This file was initiated once the urbanization works were finished, last May, without the sporting facility having been ceded.
The approval by the Plenary, which was supported without any vote against and the abstention of Citizens, included the decision to collect the corresponding reports in order to determine the legal consequences that may result from the breach and its effects on the planning.
These consequences are not agreed upon.
