Huermur returns to act with bad faith, lacking the truth and perverting reality.
The Provincial Court has just sentenced that it denounces facts that have "revealed nonexistent"
The object of Modification 100 of the General Plan of Urban Planning on which the Supreme Court of Justice has delivered judgment did not imply any increase in the foreseeable buildability.
Huermur lacks the truth once again when he asserts, in a biased and false manner, that a luxury urbanization in Sucina has been annulled.
The truth is that the purpose of the modification was essentially to move to urban 11.298 m2 which was residential land.
All the affected area had in the PGOU the services of urban land, as stated in the municipal technical reports.
There is no increase of population because the change did not alter in any way the buildability.
The other reason of the file, which was the adjustment of the location of a roundabout, has no impact in that regard.
The roundabout, executed by the Direction of Roads, was not foreseen in the General Plan in the ring of Avileses.
Huermur deceives when he refers to an alleged "luxury" urbanization, because they know, if they do not let themselves be carried away by bad faith, that belongs to another partial plan.
The association must be hurt by the sentence of the Provincial Court that has just been heard - on its complaint to the Junta de Hacendados - which states that "the facts denounced have been found to be non-existent."
Huermur should be more concerned with making proactive proposals for the benefit of Murcia and not be carried away by their desire to confuse the Murcia and continually misrepresent reality, with their biased and often malicious interpretations.
