As in previous years the IBAFF International Film Festival, through the IBAFF Volunteer Service, manages the volunteer work of the festival, favoring the participation of citizens in its process and execution.
From next Wednesday, February 1 and until the 15th of the same month, those interested in collaborating with the development of the festival as volunteers can register by sending an email to voluntarios@ibaff.es indicating in case your name, surname and request VOLUNTARIATE IBAFF 2017
The collaboration of the IBAFF volunteers focuses on ancillary services, and excludes assuming technical, risk or responsibility work in any of the organization and production areas of the Festival.
The work will be supervised by the managers of the production teams and corresponding managers and organized by the Volunteer Coordinator.
Likewise, the inscription to the seminar of initiation to the critique of cinema, under the academic direction of Caimán Cuadernos de Cine will take place in the Regional Film Library from the 6th to the 10th of March, coinciding with the 8th Edition of the International Film Festival of Murcia from 17 to 21 hours.
The course aims to provide an introduction to the theory, history and practice of film criticism.
The aim of the various subjects is to promote reflection on the meaning of images, to provide basic notions for the interpretation of the cinematographic text, to know the criteria of analysis of the film, to review the main theories and critical trends, to understand the different models and professional spaces for The exercise of criticism, as well as offer professional guidance to students.
Among the professors is Carlos Heredero, director of the magazine, Javier H. Estrada, film critic and programmer;
Jordi Costa, critic of the newspaper El País, Roberto Cueto, film critic and programmer and Enric Albero, film critic.
