C's demands to the PP an immediate cleaning of the abandoned lots that degrade many areas of the south of Murcia for years (29/01/2017)

The pedestrian mayors of El Palmar, Patiño, La Alberca and Los Dolores make a common front to the passivity of the local Government with the lack of maintenance of private lots, full of trash, weeds, debris, belongings, trash and excrement

Citizens have once again demanded from the PP of La Glorieta an immediate and efficient cleaning of all the abandoned plots, many of them converted into real garbage dumps and wastebaskets, which devastate and degrade many areas of the south of the municipality for years.

That is why the mayors of C's in El Palmar, Daniel Hernández;

In Patiño, Antonio Jiménez;

In La Alberca, José Manuel Bernal;

And in Los Dolores, Pedro Morales, have been forced to make a common front before the passivity of the local Government with the lack of maintenance of private lots, full of trash, weeds, debris, belongings, trash and excrement.

"We are talking about privately owned plots that have remained neglected and abandoned for a long time, about which we have already informed the City Council to act in a subsidiary way, but which, for the moment, remain the same as they were, eternalizing in the slow bureaucratic machinery of The administration ", have lamented the pedanias of Citizens.

Specifically, in La Alberca, reported José Manuel Bernal, there are several private plots that were denounced to the inspector of urbanistic discipline last June.

These are lots located on the street Orchards, in front of a nursery and a school, in poor condition;

Another in the C / Juan Tenorio, full of garbage and rats, which causes the continuous and logical neighborhood complaints;

In the C / Santa Teresa, with pines about to fall on the surrounding houses;

In the C / Camelias, lack of cleaning and rats, in front of college Virgen de la Fuensanta;

Or in the C / José Pérez, in bad condition, rubbish and rats photographed by the neighbors of the area.

In the case of Los Dolores, Pedro Morales, he cites as an example the situation of a plot that borders on the school of children of this district, in Escuelas street, full of weeds and dry canes;

Denounced to the Consistory for six years, although it remains the same.

The same situation of desidia occurs in Patiño, where the sites located in the lane of the Guillamones and in the street Tío Ricardo.

Abandoned to their fate, they never fail to give headaches to their pedantry, Antonio Jimenez, both for the garbage accumulated, and for the danger of collapse involving one of them.

"They have been denounced to the City Council for a long time, but nothing is done about it, they remain the same for 7 or 8 years, with some intervention by the local administration that, instead of alleviating the situation, aggravated it."

El Palmar pedantic, Daniel Hernández, also refers to three parcels located behind the mayor's office, next to Reguerón, full of dirt and weeds, where according to Hernández, "there is a high probability of a fire in summer".

To these three plots the one located in the Floridablanca street is united, in similar circumstances;

And another one in the street Albaricoque, in the neighborhood of Los Rosales;

Where there are even rats, as with the aforementioned of La Alberca.

"From the Municipal Board we went to the City Council more than nine months ago to clean and clean them, today they are still in the same situation ..

For the mayors of the orange formation, "this lack of attention on the part of the PP Government, in addition to degrading the image of the municipality, causes, in the case of some of these sites, health risks for those who live with them , By the proliferation of insects and rodents ".

We do not understand - they have finished - why they do not listen to us and do everything possible to clean them as soon as possible, considering that they degrade our towns and disturb the neighbors.
