The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, held a working meeting with Redexis Gas's CEO, Cristina Ávila, who attended the City Hall accompanied by the director general in the South-Mediterranean Zone, Diego Sánchez, and the delegate in the Region Of Murcia of the company, Pedro Santos.
Ávila presented to the mayor the plans to expand the network of Redexis Gas in the municipality, for the next two years.
"We want to bring an investment of 9 million euros to the municipality of Murcia, which will generate new jobs and greater competitiveness, as natural gas, which is clean energy and does not pollute, generates economic savings of up to 40 % Compared to other sources such as electricity or diesel, "explained the CEO after the meeting, which was also attended by Councilors Roque Ortiz and José Guillén.
Specifically, Redexis Gas, which employs 300 people, has applied for a license to execute its plans in 2017 in various areas of Murcia, Sangonera la Verde, Campillo Laderas, Javalí Nuevo, Sangonera la Seca and Puebla de Soto.
