The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, received today in the City Council the new Board of Directors of Real Murcia with its president to the front, Raul Moro, a first contact in which cordiality was the dominant tone.
In this first meeting, which was also attended by Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, and all members of the Board of Directors of the club, both parties were placed to work on the new agreement to use the Nueva Condomina stadium.
After the meeting, the mayor highlighted the importance not only of sporting the club, but also its sentimental value and its connection to Murcia.
"As a City Council, the club achieves not only sports but also social achievements, with the involvement of the neighbors of this municipality, is essential," said José Ballesta, who stressed that "Real Murcia is a shared emblem, one Of the elements that generate a city brand ".
For his part, Moro stressed that "we want to go hand in hand, all together and in the same direction, in defending the interests of the first club in the Region, to return to Real Murcia where it deserves" and recalled that " To carry out a next audit, "after which the work will be promoted and new technical meetings will be held to advance this new project.
Finally, the mayor highlighted the ongoing promotional work that characterizes the sports policy of the City of Murcia, not only with respect to football and high competition, but also with sport based.
