The councilor of Cambiemos Murcia Nacho Tornel has asked the Government team to enable a space in Sangonera la Verde to house a study room while they undertake the rehabilitation works of the library of the hamlet.
Tornel has defended the need to undertake this action in line with the claims of users of Sangonera, who are collecting signatures to have a place of study until the library is opened.
So far, the solution given by the Administration is the visit of a bookshop once every 15 days, which does not solve the problem of students, who have to travel to the library of El Palmar because there is no space in their locality.
For the mayor, the convenient is to enable a room with a opening hours that cover the 24 hours of the day until the completion of the works.
