Your intervention will occur at the request of the City Council, according to the award agreement approved today by the Governing Board.
The tender was convened with a maximum price of € 1.9 M (including VAT) and a term of 2 years, renewable annually for two more years.

The technical assistance contract guarantees the intervention of the City Council in cases in which the owner of a building or building fails to comply with the duty of conservation of his property under the conditions of hygiene, security and ornamentation required.
In this way, when a property or land that accumulates dirt or present risk to the people is detected, Urbanism will transfer the intervention order to the owners.

Throughout 2016, 415 solar cleaning orders, 23 imminent ruin actions, 15 communications for the installation of tarpaulins of the facade and 171 for various matters, mainly actions on façades for security reasons, have been registered.
