However, "a week after the approval of that urgent motion that also called for the declaration of catastrophic area of ​​Murcia as a consequence of the rains has not yet started the centralized registration of the municipality to collect those claims, therefore , Nor municipal boards nor their presidents have instructions from the council on how to collect the particular damages and ask for the aid to mitigate the damages.
