The Road Cleaning Service launches two new vehicles that improve productivity and are environmentally friendly (28/12/2016)

The Road Cleaning Service and Waste Collection, under the Department of Development headed by Roque Ortiz, has released two new vehicles that increase productivity.

The cleaning teams are testing electric tricycles and a motorized walking sweeper with self-propelled vacuum cleaner that allow the operator to increase the productivity of his work with less effort.

The machinery is designed to collect urban solid waste that usually removes the sweeper manually.

The Barredero Trolley Self-Conveyor tricycle has a 120 liter container with support for easy loading and unloading, anchor for broom and picker and adjustable seat for seated driving.

On the other hand, the motorcycle sweeper driving on foot with a self-propelled vacuum cleaner with control panel with LCD screen that allows start / stop, battery status, speed and compartment 50 liters capacity for tools and tools.

Councilor Roque Ortiz explained that "we seek efficiency in cleaning but also sustainability from the environmental point of view, since it does not make noise and does not pollute."

The main advantages of these new vehicles are to facilitate the work of operators, increase productivity, and increase the speed and convenience of travel, as well as being quiet and respectful of the environment.

The Council of Fomento and Ferrovial Services reinforced last week the special cleaning device for the Christmas Festivities.
