The City Council and the University of Murcia promote knowledge of marine fauna through school visits to the Aquarium (26/12/2016)

The City Council and the University of Murcia renew a course plus their collaboration to promote the visit of 2,500 students from 1st and 2nd grade to the Aquarium, where they can learn about the marine fauna that houses, the characteristics of seas and oceans around the world, as well As the ecosystem of the Mediterranean Sea.

The objective of this agreement, which has been maintained for 10 years and has a budget of 6,000 euros, is to promote interest in the environment and its conservation.

On the other hand, the council has also signed an agreement with the University of the Sea, funded with 8,000 euros, to collaborate with the activities of the new programming.
