The Government Board has approved the sale of a parcel of municipal ownership located in Santo ngel, which will allow the construction of 11 houses of official protection of 90 m2.
The amount to which the land ascends is 302,829 euros.
The deadline for submitting bids is fifteen business days from the publication of the invitation to tender in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
Among the evaluation criteria established in the competition are the use of the useful surface, economic improvements for home buyers and energy saving measures.
In this way, the City Council promotes the construction of public housing in the municipality, thus fulfilling one of the public heritage land destinations.
The plot, whose sale price amounts to 302,000 euros, has an area of 557.60 m2 and it can build a maximum height of 4 floors.
