The Faculty of the UMU is studying today the award of the doctorate honoris causa to Jairton Dupont and Raimundo González Frutos (13/12/2016)

The Faculty of the University of Murcia (UMU), which will meet today, Tuesday, from 17:00 hours in the Paraninfo, La Merced campus, will study the honorary doctorate award of this institution to the Professor of Organic Chemistry From the Federal University of Rio Grande (Brazil) Jairton Dupont and the restorer from Murcia Raimundo González Frutos.

During the session, the University Ombudsman, Professor José Palazón, will present the Report corresponding to the 2015-2016 academic year.

Likewise, the report of the mentioned course and the plan of actions to be developed by the rectoral team in the current course will be presented.

The session will be opened with the report that the rector, Jose Orihuela, will present and which will make a tour of the main events that have occurred since the previous meeting of the Cloister.
