The Federation of Peñas Huertanas, in collaboration with the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, led by Jesús Pacheco, has organized for the first time a special Christmas program to be held from December 16 to January 15.
The Avenida de la Libertad will host from December 16 to 22, different concerts of Peñas Huertanas where you can listen to different groups sing carols and aguilandos huertanos with their choirs and rondallas
From 26 to 30 December, and as a novelty, a living huertano birth will be made in the Garden of Floridablanca, which will include animals from the orchard of Murcia.
From 20 to 24 December, both inclusive, a series of events will be held at the Craft Exhibition which is installed in Alfonso X El Sabio
In addition, until January 15, 2017 Peñas Huertanas develop throughout the city and pedanías more than 150 events in which you can visit nativity scenes, participate in carols competitions and workshops to make Christmas sweets, enjoy meetings of gangs And attend the representation of the Auto de los Reyes Magos.
