A total of 638 homes and public spaces in the neighborhood of Los Rosales, in the hamlet of El Palmar, are undergoing rehabilitation and urban renewal, thanks to a total budget of 3.1 million euros in aid by the administrations Included in the current Housing Plan.

Likewise, it is acting in the common spaces of the neighborhood with the conditioning of the areas of community entertainment and the redevelopment of squares and pedestrian walks that cross the neighborhood.
The existing pavement will be replaced in squares and walks, eliminating architectural barriers and renovating scuppers and infrastructures networks that are in poor condition.
A new distribution of public spaces is planned, with new trees and renovated urban furniture, and the replacement of public lighting with more energy efficient luminaires.
The intervention plan is being implemented in two phases.
In the first one, 379 dwellings were distributed in 14 blocks and in another one with 259 dwellings, including 61 municipal buildings, located in 10 buildings.
