The Councilor for Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesús Pacheco, attended this morning in Ciudad Real to the Ordinary Assembly of the Network of AVE Cities in which has officially approved the accession of Murcia as a member.
At the meeting, the plans for action and communication for the year 2017 were approved, Renfe Viajes has been presented and the Association of Cities Ave has been elected president.
The AVE Cities Network, which this year marks its tenth anniversary, is the association of tourist destinations in Spain connected by the High Speed ​​that was born with the objective of promoting the cities that integrate it under a common strategy, as well as its two products: The Renfe Spain Pass and Avexperience.
Currently, the AVE Cities Network is constituted by the cities of Alcazar de San Juan, Albacete, Alicante, Antequera, Barcelona, ​​Calatayud, Ciudad Real, Cordoba, Cuenca, Elche, Granada, Leon, Lleida, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia , Ourense, Palencia, Puertollano, Segovia, Seville, Talavera de la Reina, Tarragona, Toledo, Valencia, Valladolid, Villanueva de Córdoba, Villena, Zamora and Zaragoza.
