On Monday, November 21, the Group of Experts on the Legal Protection of Maritime and Naval Heritage will be constituted in Cartagena, promoted by the Chair of History and Naval Heritage (Armada-University of Murcia).
The group will be presented to the media in the Classroom of the Naval Museum of Cartagena (Paseo Alfonso XII), at 12:30 p.m.
In the same place will take place at 16.30 hours the constituent meeting of the Group.
At 8:00 a.m., the roundtable "Challenges for the protection of our maritime and naval heritage" will be held in the Classroom of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, in which Jesús Prieto Pedro, Professor of Administrative Law at the UNED (Madrid);
Javier García Fernández, Professor of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Complutense;
Valentín Bou Franch, Professor of Public International Law at the University of Valencia, and Rafael Ruiz Manteca, Military Legal.
It will be moderated by Juan José Sánchez Baena, Director of the Chair of History and Naval Heritage.
