Some young people found a skeletal remains of the 19th century on a municipal site next to the Torraos de la Albatalía track, very close to the auxiliary lane of the motorway.
The Local Police was required by the National Police Police's Scientific Police to inform them of the finding of these bones that, according to a coroner, belong to human remains and were in a small excavation of approximately 1x8 square meters.
After visiting the site today, it has been determined that it was a cemetery called Puertas de Castilla or cemetery of La Albatalía, closed years ago.
The Local Police has contacted the municipal archaeologist who has taken part in the area and has taken photographs and measurements to prepare a report that will be sent to the Patrimony Service and the Health Service.
