Councillor of Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz, presided this morning the plenary meeting of the disability, which has reported on the establishment of a powerplant with technicians from all municipal departments involved in developing the plan

The Municipal Plan of Universal Accessibility on who is working the Department of Social Rights, with the active participation of all associations in the field of disability, establish priorities, deadlines and concrete and detailed budget to be a "realistic and applicable document and not a mere declaration of intent ".

The mayor Conchita Ruiz, who chaired the meeting this morning plenary entities with disabilities, has reported on the constitution of an engine group formed by technical personnel of the different municipal departments to develop a proposal.

The creation of this committee took place on day 20, and are part of the same representatives of the services of public roads, parks and gardens, decentralization, new technologies, tourism, culture, urban planning, education, heritage, cooperation, sports, traffic and promotion as well as members of the Department of Social Rights.

The strategic areas on which the plan will be structured cited are:

- Raising awareness and social participation

- Mobility and public safety

- Public spaces

- Public Buildings

- Communication and public information

- Culture, tourism and leisure

- Sports & Health

- Education, training and employment

- Social services

Thus, Conchita Ruiz explains that the Council may define a plan of universal accessibility "with crosscutting and integral character must have and that it is not a mere declaration of intent".
