Through the Generation Z program, the participants' business ideas have been accompanied and tutored for six weeks, with the aim of facilitating their insertion through employment or self-employment

The Technological Institute of the Catholic University of Murcia (ITM) has closed the First Edition of the Generation Z Program at the Campus of Los Jerónimos, an itinerary for the promotion of entrepreneurship and employment, in which, for six weeks, Region of Murcia, members of the Youth Guarantee System, have received group training in self-employment, entrepreneurship and business management, as well as support, follow-up and tutoring until reaching the final definition of the project business plan.

During the program, developed by UCAM and co-financed by the European Social Fund, at no cost to the participants, work has been done on the detection of entrepreneurial skills and abilities;

There have been diagnoses of the situation of each of the business proposals;

And has trained the participants in marketing and digital strategy;

New technologies and social networks;

Techniques of ideation and creativity;

As well as in innovation in business models, to finally design viability plans for each of the proposed initiatives.

Throughout the closing, some of the participants have had the opportunity to present their projects, which cover such varied sectors as the creation of a cabinet of stress-oriented psychology, a restuarant themed in the field of eSports, or A digital communication agency.

As a closure, the ITM executive director, Sofía Fernández, accompanied by the technical general secretary of the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF), Carmen Zamora, have delivered to the participants the official diplomas of use of the itinerary , Emphasizing, in Fernandez's words, "the commitment, the effort and dedication that have each demonstrated during this period."

Also, from the Catholic institution have made public the call for the third edition of the Generation Z program, which will start in Los Jerónimos in the middle of November.
