The Department of Public Works will carry out works to strengthen and improve public lighting in Calle Mayor, Villa Villar, the road Murta, Plaza Luis Fontes Pagán and Avenida Juan Carlos I of Corvera.

The proposal involves the implantation of luminaires with LED technology on metal poles and arms with aerial installation.

In addition we will proceed to the remodeling of two existing control centers to provide them with remote management system.

In total 53 units will be installed with a power of 2300 W when the current is 4,600 W.

The annual energy consumption of 16,600 kwh descend to 5,400 kwh, representing a saving of 67% and a reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 5.5 tonnes per year.

The tender budget is 68,000 euros and within 4 months.
