The University of Murcia (UMU) held tomorrow, Tuesday, October 18, in the University Community Centre, Campus Espinardo, a fair where students, especially new entrants will have the opportunity to learn about the services that the institution He makes available during its formative stage.
Fair Services is part of the activities of the Home of the University of Murcia, the BUM 2016, with the theme "Towards Sustainable University" aims to raise awareness of the use of means of reduced environmental impact, while showing the most interesting university student services.
During the day, ending at 17:00, electric and hybrid vehicles UMU and hiking routes available to the campus will be displayed and reported at the various stands about organic gardens of the University, tram and collaborative partnerships with the University of Murcia on environmental issues.
On the outside of the Social Center, there will be circuits Segway, electric motorcycle emissions 0.0 and skateboards, besides the possibility of walks in electric train, along with recycling games with gifts of plants and workshops of vertical gardens and cosmetics and soaps with natural products.
In addition, the association will present its campaign UMUenBici "Do not steal our bike", to be followed by an orienteering race team.
Attention to diversity will also take place at the fair with the delivery of computer equipment (laptops and tablets) adapted to students with disabilities.
Various exhibitions will complete the day's activities, in which there will be raffles, free tastings and delivery of three prizes of bicycles.
The Fair, organized by the University Community Centre and Sustainable Campus project will be opened at 11:00 am with a performance by the Chamber Music Orchestra of the University of Murcia.
