The City Council negotiating table, meeting this morning, has ratified the draft agreement reached by SPLRM-ATABAM, UGT, CCOO and CSIF trade unions with the government team for agreement on working conditions and collective agreement for the years 2016-2019, so that social peace for the coming years is reached.
The final agreement will be ratified before October 31.
The general negotiating table is made by Councilman Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, Jose Guillen, the Director of Person, the Head of Labor Relations, the Chief of Personnel Management and the Head of Organization and representatives of the five groups municipal Corporation and the five union groups represented in the council.
The meeting confirmed the consensus reached last Tuesday, which will optimize citizen services, while improving links perceptions of workers to increase productivity.
This will be possible with the implementation of a series of measures to boost training through a system of continuous learning, which will substantially increase the perceptions of workers until 2019.
In addition, advances will be made in reconciling work and family life, improving time systems easing in the next two years.
It has also been agreed with the workers the implementation of a Plan for Modernization and Optimization of Human Resources and a new organizational strategy management to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
Among other measures, the functional organizational charts of each municipal service will be developed;
creating table quality and efficiency;
the call for all internal promotion places;
the provision of jobs;
and the convening of all provisional spaces headquarters section, negotiated and unity.
