Murcia hosts the meeting of the National Committee of the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean (14/10/2016)

The councilman of Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Perez, presided this morning the meeting of the National Committee of the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean which was attended by representatives of municipalities of Madrid, Malaga, Seville and Valencia.

In the last meeting of this committee held on February 17 in the city of Malaga, Murcia were elected to hold the presidency of this committee which has allowed the holding of this meeting in the city.

At the meeting various issues have been addressed as processes and criteria for selection of Spanish artists to participate in the next Biennial 'Mediterranean 18', scheduled from 4 to 9 May 2017 in Tirana (Albania)

Also it has studied the document that will regulate a collaboration between Spanish municipalities for the exchange and promotion of youth culture in order to incorporate other municipalities to develop action programs with young artists.
