Martinez Moya, a member of the General Council of the Judiciary, opened the course of law UCAM (11/10/2016)

Diaz-Bautista said that "the law is not pure theory, as you think, but it is practical. We must solve problems that are on the street, so we want students deal with the judges, with lawyers or different operators who are on the street, because this is essential for the formation of the student ".

For his part, Juan Martínez Moya has given a lecture on the challenges of the twenty-first century jurist.

"It is not easy to convey a simple message to students, because talk of the office of lawyer in the XXI century is a complex task, especially because we live in a difficult world, but above all we send a message of hope that things are achieved with work, "he mentioned the former president of the TSJ of Murcia.

In his lecture he said that "the figure of the jurist is probably one of the most important social techniques that we know, because it allows intervene, act and change society, and good use of this makes better societies. Therefore, the law must from people with training and work values ​​and cope with this discipline as something useful for life and coexistence. "

As the knowledge of law as vocational profession, Juan Martínez Moya has given his opinion saying that "the vocation in this profession is recreated, because it is decided to be a lawyer when rights are known.
