Alzheimer's, one of the research areas of the new doctors Honoris Causa by the UCAM (11/10/2016)

Maria Teresa Miras, who recalled in his speech his beginnings in the world of research, has lectured on brain injury and brain aging.

"The progress of this disease should treat first oral treatment, to care what the problems in the oral cavity affecting alzheimer disease, diabetes and heart problems," he assured.

It has also been shown grateful to receive this award from this "prestigious university" that has highlighted its growth in the field of research.

Research firm commitment

José Luis Mendoza, president of the UCAM, began his speech by welcoming all attendees and especially the academic members of the UCAM itself and the Complutense University of Madrid, Murcia, Alicante, Miguel Hernández de Elche, of Valencia, Granada and the Universita di Padova (Italy), who attended the ceremony.
