An initiative to promote cultural, social and economic development of the neighborhoods that make up the North (San Andres, San Anton, San Basilio and El Ranero) District and Nicolas would like to start, with the help of City Council, through a set of cultural activities covering education, tourism, history, heritage, crafts, among other issues.

According to Nicholas, "our district has a population of 20,000 inhabitants, very characterized by the mixture of cultures;
