The PSOE bet because the Budget 2017 to collect a specific plan of Investment pedanías (07/10/2016)

The Municipal Socialist Group plans to continue to promote in the coming weeks a series of measures, through motions and other initiatives, which seek the elimination of existing inequalities between neighbors living in districts against the city, as well as to enable sustainable municipality fight against social exclusion, commitment to education, employment and culture.

In the view of Jose Ignacio Gras, "the initiatives presented today want to make a roadmap with which we intended to conclude the debate of State of the Municipality in the form of resolutions, with commitments from a majority of the Corporation, but the rest of the groups did not see it fit. The proposals will be defended by the Socialist councilors and add to the work developed in the last 15 months.

A work that has resulted in 107 motions submitted in plenary, of which 80 are owned and the remaining 27 in collaboration with other groups, mostly from the opposition.

In addition, the Municipal Socialist Group has submitted a total of 420 internal communications (requests for information, copies of records or requests for fixes, improvements and other) to the different departments of the City of Murcia.

170 of those 324 requests are pending to be answered or resolved by the government team, representing more than a third of those presented.

In many of them it reiterated the request at the lack of response.

Lines of work

One line of work has to do with the correction of inequalities in the municipality, and for that the PSOE will propose that the next Budget Plan 2017 collect specific Investment districts, with extra funding.

In addition, the budget will contemplate an increase funds intended for current expenditure and investments through regular funds, and the City will undertake to create the Single Office to meet the municipal boards and streamline administrative procedures, within a period not exceeding three months .

In this regard, the Socialist Group wants the Corporation involving the Autonomous Community and the parliamentary groups of the Regional Assembly for conventions Plan Pedanías, provincial Peripherals Barrios and / or depressed recover and to study management direct all public transport lines of the municipality of Murcia, with shared funding, in this case, within the framework of the Bureau of transportation.

In social policy, and for a city to fight against inequality and social exclusion, the commitment to increase in the next municipal budgets games in social policies, with the understanding that at the end of the mandate is reached to be raised least 10 percent thereof.

Moreover, in 2017 a reality Access Plan Housing and Urban neighborhoods and Social Rehabilitation.

Another commitment assumed by the Socialist Group, and that will take the rest of the Corporation, is the increase in the next municipal budgets of allocations for the actions of entrepreneurship and job creation within the Local Employment Pact.

Also develop in collaboration with the Autonomous Region of Construction Plan and / or expansion of public nursery schools.

The two lines of remaining work have to do with the development of the Strategic Plan of the Cultural Policy and Heritage, with the participation of all political parties and groups involved in our municipality groups, and that the administrative reorganization of the City, already engaged in a motion July 31, 2015, with the development of the Relationship of Jobs, a reality before the end of the year.
