Begin pruning campaign mulberries 20,000 (04/10/2016)

The Department of Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, through the Parks and Gardens, next week will begin pruning more than 20,000 mulberry trees in the streets and public spaces of Murcia and districts.

A total of 60 operators will be responsible for three months of these tasks are performed in two different ways.

On the one hand the mulberry trees that are located in the road edge and alignments, with more intensive pruning and in which all the leaves of mulberry trees will be removed, using what is known as traditional pruning orchard 'head pruned of cat'.
