Let's change Murcia: "The PP forgets precarious employment in the tourism sector" (26/08/2016)

Murcia change criticizes the recent study presented by the PP for analyzing the impact of tourism on the economy and employment in the municipality of Murcia only takes into account the number of jobs and working conditions not the same.

Councillor Nacho Tornel said that "has not been paid attention to whether the employment created is quality or not."

Furthermore insists that "with the data provided we have no information about the seasonal, temporary, working hours, salary or qualification of new contracts".

The mayor also criticized that neither study nor the utility of municipal public resources used for job creation is controlled.

"We do not know if they are effective and, if not, we do not know what is failure," he pointed Tornel.

For municipalist training requires a change in the production model that create stable jobs and quality and focus on research and development jobs that allow the most educated generation in the history of our region do not have to migrate to get a Laboral future.

Tornel for the PP seems not to worry or be interested in job insecurity and that "every time we have more poor contract" in our region.

"When we breakfasted with news like that Spain is ahead of Europe where there are younger workers at risk of poverty it is something we are not doing well and there is little reason to congratulate ourselves."

Besides the PP forgets the recent union reports show that employment is being created in this sector is "precarious, temporary, part and fraudulent time" and that the service sector accounts for about 75% of overtime since 2012 but in 2015 60% of those not paid overtime.
