Collaboration between business associations of Murcia, the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture and the Department of Commerce, Organization and Institutional Relations has allowed to organize during the first half of the year a total of four training activities which have been addressed contents demanded by retail entrepreneurs in the municipality.
A total of 93 people participated in the 'Packed trade' held at the Center Municipal Initiatives (CIM-M) and which this year has scheduled four workshops: Customer and troubleshooting, apply to your business new technologies, SWOT Analysis for retail, and internet presence in retail.
In addition it has enjoyed the participation of the caterer 'The Boss', created by an entrepreneur User Service Agents Employment and Local Development, under the Department of Employment, and has been in charge of preparing and serving lunches in the various workshops.
Attendees have evaluated the various workshops very successfully obtaining an overall mark of 8 out of 10.
These meetings aimed at retail entrepreneurs, develop as a customized workshops for groups of fifteen to twenty attendees, at midday, to encourage the attendance is consistent with the schedule of establishments.
Entrepreneurs who have failed to keep the day in person, have had the opportunity to access the Youtube channel: Starts Murcia where workshops have been broadcast live via streaming and are still available to be viewed by anyone who wishes.
